Ramey Sidebar Sauvignon Blanc Hot on Sale

The Sidebar Cellars Sauvignon Blanc is produced from fruit grown in the Russian River Valley appellation of Sonoma Valley.  The vines are grown on a mix of sandy loam and clay loam soils.  Ramey uses natural yeast fermentations and ages the wine in a mix of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels.  The Sidebar displays a platinum white to white gold color with a definite viscous touch in the glass.  Aromatic, fresh aromas of white peach, yellow pear, tropical citrus and green floral notes are a treat for your sniffer.  The wine is beautifully textured on the palate, loads of fruit flavors, nicely framed out with refreshing acidity.  A Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of show just for sipping, yet would be great with a spring pea risotto, fresh asparagus al limone pasta dish or shrimp scampi salad.  We DO NOT ship Wine.
