Chateau Ducasse Graves Hot on Sale

Chateau Ducasse Graves is grown in a terrific soil structure with a base of clay-limetone soil with a mix of iron, gravel and sand.  It is a classic bordeaux blanc blend of 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 60% Semillon.  Very bright, mineraly laced aromatics of lemon citrus, white grapefruit, pineapple and crisp.  Clean, vibrant, dry palate with a savory mineraly texture is nicely balanced with a little weight coming from the Semillon.  This is a perfect marriage with oysters, yet is also great with shellfish, baked walleye pike or a summer asparagus salad.   We DO NOT ship Wine.
