CARAMELLO SALATO Homemade caramel & Mediterranean sea salt infused in fiore di latte 

FONDENTE  70% dark chocolate imported from the Piedmont masterfully woven into gelato 

PISTACCHIO DI BRONTE Imported from the foot of Mt. Etna in Sicilia
