A beautiful olive oil from Riccardo Longo’s Nonno’s area of Campania, Italy. Produced below the Amalfi coast in the Parco Nazionale del Cilento. A blend of local olives which has been produced for well over 2500 years in this area.
Wonderful on salads & this is what the Longo family uses to saute items such as Spaghetti Vongole or Pasta Aglio e Olio….Magnifico!
