DESIRE Imported Amarena cherries from Modena infused in Lancaster milk  Fiore di latte gelato. The signature flavor cited when Gran Caffe L’Aquila won “Best of Philly”(Gluten-free, Nut-free)

PISTACCHIO  Imported Sicilian pistacchio sourced in the area of Mount Etna in Sicily. A signature flavor which was featured by Stefano Biasini when he won the Italian Gelato Championship 

BACIO  Italian Dark chocolate, Milk Chocolate & Hazulnuts from the Piedmont. Based on the famous “Bacio” chocolate but created from scratch by Gelato Champion Stefano Biasini
