DESIRE Imported Amarena cherries from Modena infused in Lancaster milk  Fiore di latte gelato. The signature flavor cited when Gran Caffe L’Aquila won “Best of Philly”

PISTACCHIO  Imported Sicilian pistachio sourced in the area of Mount Etna in Sicily. A signature flavor which was featured by Stefano Biasini when he won the Italian gelato Championship 

BACIO  Italian Dark chocolate, Milk Chocolate & Hazelnuts from the Piedmont. Based on the famous “Bacio” chocolate but created from scratch by Gelato Champion Stefano Biasini 

CARAMELLO SALATO Homemade caramel & Mediterranean sea salt infused in fiore di latte 

FONDENTE  70% dark chocolate imported from the Piedmont masterfully woven into gelato
